Anti-Blocking Mechanism of Flocking Drainage Pipes in Tunnels Based on Mathematical Modeling Theory

چکیده

Crystalline pipe plugging in tunnel drainage systems is one of the causes lining cracking and water leakage. Therefore, effective prevention crystalline blockage very important to ensure safety stability structure during operation. Combined with theories fluid mechanics, structural mechanics basic physics, flocking anti-blocking mechanism was comprehensively analyzed by using method mathematical modeling, including: (1) calculation expression average velocity flocked section a v = Q/(C1 ? C2(r + r?)) formula flowing pressure under action groundwater Fw KA?Q2/(2g(C1 r?))2); (2) flow v0 shall meet v2 < 4g?rl?1/?KA, crystals will be attached fluff maintain dynamic balance; (3) ? not adhere remain unobstructed. The research on preventing pipes fills gap theory this regard, contributes popularization application blocking technology pipes, reduces maintenance cost operation ensures safe normal tunnels.
